Plain English, on purpose. WesBuilds and its first product, QuoteWidget, are built and run by Wes in Claremont, California.

Estimates are estimates

Every price shown by a QuoteWidget form is an estimated range, set entirely by the business it belongs to. It is not a binding quote, a contract, or a guarantee. The business confirms the final price before any work starts. If a number looks off, that conversation is between you and the business.

Demo previews

Pages labeled as demos or concept previews were built by Wes to show what an instant-quote page could look like for a business. Unless it says otherwise, a demo is not affiliated with or endorsed by the business shown, its prices are placeholders, and nothing on it is live on that business's real website.

For business clients

Service is month to month. You can cancel anytime by text or email, and the widget comes off your site promptly — it's one removable line of code.
You control your services, questions, and prices, and you approve everything before it goes live on your site.
Leads are delivered to the email you choose. Your customer list belongs to you.
No promise of any specific number of leads or jobs — the widget captures interest from the visitors your website already gets; it doesn't invent them.
Founding-client offers (like waived setup or free trial periods) are what's stated to you in writing at the time you sign up.

Fair use

Don't use these forms to spam, submit fake requests, or try to break things. Automated abuse gets blocked.

The fine print, kept short

The service is provided as-is. If something ever goes wrong, responsibility is limited to what you actually paid for the service. These terms can be updated; the date at the top will change when they are.
